YCA Fundraising Event
Join us for our 3rd annual fundraiser in South Lake Tahoe on June 4th, from 2pm - 6pm at the UNR’s 4H camp on the shores of Lake Tahoe.
We’ll have some great food & drinks, live music, epic goodie bags, a mega raffle, a live auction, and the chance to support the YCA’s ongoing growth with our amazing adventure community.
All proceeds go towards keeping our wild spaces wild, preserving our climbing history, and operational costs to run our organization.

The YCA and our local partners, Latino Outdoors, the Fresno Chapter of the AAC, REI on Blackstone, MetalMark Climbing Gym and our fine friends and brewers at Tioga-Sequoia Brewing met at the REI on Blackstone at 10am to clean up areas of Fresno and surrounding outer lands which included The Jensen River Ranch, The Lewis S. Eaton Trail, Fresno River West, Ball Ranch, River Vista, Wildwood Native Park, and Riverbottom Park. Massive thanks and shoutout to local volunteer spirit and community steward Vicencia Abundis.
The Greater Fool Book Signing
We want to invite the community to a book signing featuring “The Greater Fool: Brad Gobright and the Blinding Shine of Originality” by Lucas Roman. The YCA is honored to host this event to memorialize Brad and promote Lucas’ book. Yosemite Climbing Members are invited from noon to 1pm, and the general public is welcome from 1pm to 4pm.
